Journal Article Development can be considered as one of the main concern of Iranian society in contemporary history. The development, especially economic development, is subjected to the numerous and intertwined factors. In this study, the relationship between the geographical aspects of political power construct and economic development has come into focus. This research is based on quantitative approach and descriptive -analytical method. Data are collected using library and filed findings. The co-occurrence analysis is used to analyze the data. Sampling was performed by snowball sampling. The sample size is 30 people and the Minitab software is used to analyze the data. Although various dimensions and components in political power construct are complex in Iran, in this study, the components and indicators of the geographical dimensions in political power construct are considered and its indicators in relation to economic development is studied, measured, and analyzed. Five components of development indicators which are related to the geographical dimension of political power construct affect Iran’s economic development. Five evaluation components of geo-economy, geopolitics political geography, the environment and human geography (culture and society) have high priority in relation to the geographical dimension of political power constrict and economic development. <span>توسعه را می‌توان یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی جامعه ایرانی در تاریخ معاصر دانست. توسعه همه‌ جانبه کشورها به‌ویژه توسعه اقتصادی آن‌ها تابع عوامل متعدد و درهم‌ تنیده‌ای است و هدف این پژوهش، تبیین رابطه ویژگی­های جغرافیاییِ ساخت قدرت سیاسی با توسعه اقتصادی در ایران است. این تحقیق با رویکرد کمی و روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده است. داده­ها به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و پیمایش خبرگی گردآوری شده و در تحلیل از روش همبستگی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید دانشگاه‌های تهران در تخصص­های مربوط به موضوع مقاله می‌شود. روش نمونه ‌گیری هدفمند با روش گلوله برفی انجام شده است. حجم نمونه خبره 30 نفر می‌باشد. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span>Minitab</span><span> استفاده شده است. هرچند ابعاد و مولفه‌های مختلف ساختِ قدرت سیاسی در ایران پیچیده و درهم‌تنیده هستند؛ لیکن در این تحقیق، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های بُعد جغرافیایی ساخت قدرت سیاسی احصا شده و شاخص‌های آن در رابطه با توسعه اقتصادی مورد تحلیل و سنجش قرار گرفته است. براساس نتایج تحقیق، شاخص‌های توسعه اقتصادی در ایران، در ارتباط با پنج مولفه جغرافیایی ساخت قدرت سیاسی قرار دارند. از بین پنج مولفه مورد ارزیابی، به ترتیب مولفه‌های: جغرافیای اقتصادی، ژئوپلیتیک، جغرافیای سیاسی، ویژگی­های زیست‌ محیطی و در نهایت جغرافیای انسانی (اجتماع و فرهنگ) بیشترین اولویت را در ارتباط با وجه جغرافیایی ساخت قدرت سیاسی و توسعه اقتصادی در ایران دارا هستند.</span> https://psp.modares.ac.ir/article_20976_ecb1be291b099432237e456f3aed9f12.pdf
