In recent decades, strategic management is one of the important organizational and institutional issues that has attracted researchers and experts. In addition, this strategic management has expressed among many new theories and approaches in developed countries and, consequently in all over the world including Iran, which in turn created a lot of new theoretical and practical challenges. This research has been tried by using a descriptive method, discourse analysis, and critique of the framework, that propose strategic management as new management in the service description of spatial planning. Therefore, in the first step, examined the constituent parts of the management spatial planning in the description of the services and then described planning and strategic management and strategic management process as the integrated and practical and at the end, presented suggestions for achieving strategic management in the description of the services of spatial planning with the achieve of integrated management, in the service description of the spatial planning, we will see the operational of the spatial planning oriented programs in the territory of Iran. <span>قرن بیست­ و یک، قرن رویارویی با تغییرات شگرفی در حوزه­های فن­آوری، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی است که شاید هیچ نهاد و سکونتگاهی از تغییرات و رویدادهای آن­ها مصون نباشد. مدیریت راهبردی یکی از موضوعات مهم سازمانی و نهادی است که طی دهه­های اخیر در کانون توجه پژوهشگران و کارشناسان قرار گرفته است. افزون بر این مدیریت راهبردی در میان انبوهی از نظریه­ها و رویکردهای جدید، در کشورهای پیشرفته و به تبع آن در سراسر جهان و از جمله ایران مطرح شده است که به نوبۀ خود انبوهی از چالش‌های جدید نظری و عملی را به همراه آورده است. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی گفتمان و نقد چارچوب سعی شده است که مدیریت راهبردی را به عنوان مدیریتی نوین در شرح خدمات آمایش پیشنهاد گردد. لذا در گام نخست بخش‌های تشکیل دهنده مدیریت آمایش در شرح خدمات مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و سپس برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت راهبردی و فرآیند مدیریت راهبردی به عنوان فرآیندی یکپارچه و عملی تشریح شده است و در پایان پیشنهاداتی برای رسیدن به مدیریت راهبردی در شرح خدمات آمایش ارائه شده تا با رسیدن به مدیریت یکپارچه در شرح خدمات آمایش شاهد عملی شدن برنامه‌های آمایش محور در سرزمین ایران باشیم. </span> https://psp.modares.ac.ir/article_20940_fff079091fab64095f9cad3298f1057a.pdf
